A 25% Deposit is due upon booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
A $300 Security Deposit is required on arrival to be held, returned or voided within 30 days of departure provided there are no charges arising from excessive cleaning, damage, or missing inventory.
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, certified cheque, or money order. Online payment may be made using PayPal's secure transaction system (a PayPal* account is not required). All payments are in Canadian funds.
For a cancellation made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date and before payment has been made, the deposit will be refunded (less a $25 administration fee). Thereafter, cancellation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid unless a replacement booking can be made for the same period and terms.
